So easy. So yummy. Done and done.

My favorite 3 things in a recipe

1. Easy? Super easy?
2. Yummy? Yummy (double the recipe).
3. Cleanup? One baking dish quick.

 

My tips:

I removed the rosemary before adding the shrimp.
Make sure to whisk/blend before adding the shrimp.
This recipe fed two.
Add a salad and bread.
We served with white rice (kind of reminded me of food trucks in Hawaii but not)
